Fort Myers, Fla./ Madison - Daniel W. Heath, age 48, of
Fort Myers, Fla., formerly of Madison, died on Thursday, June 3, 2010,
in Fort Myers.
He was born on May 27, 1962, in Madison. Dan graduated from Memorial
High School in 1980 and then attended the University of
Wisconsin-Madison, graduating in 1986. He enjoyed athletics, playing
hockey in both high school and college.
Dan is survived by his parents, Charles of Rio and Audrey of Fort Myers,
Fla.; brother, Chuck Heath of Park City, Utah; nephew, Ryan Heath;
niece, Karli Heath; and aunt, Charlene Roloff.
A memorial service will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203
Monona Drive, Madison, at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 9, 2010.
